PROCESSING TIME

For customers that have selected shipping or local delivery at checkout, depending on the item orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or once it is out for local delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES, LOCAL DELIVERY AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Items will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days after the order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped. For orders over $200.00 there will be a free shipping option at checkout which must be selected. Please note, free shipping is only for items being shipped within Canada and does not include furniture or custom furniture products. Shipping times will be based off the customers choice at checkout.

Local delivery is also available for certain customers. If local delivery is available in your area, this will show as an option at checkout. Free local delivery is available for orders over $200.00. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their product is out for delivery. Items will be delivered within 1-5 business days after order has been processed.

If you are interested in any furniture or custom furniture products listed on the site please contact us so we can provide an estimate for the pieces as well as shipping or local delivery options depending on the location.

If your order is comprised of both furniture products and smaller items that qualify for free shipping, two separate orders will be required for the smaller items to qualify for the free shipping option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping for our small goods to the following countries: United States. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Frame and Finish is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@theframeandfinish.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@theframeandfinish.com with your order number and at least two photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
